Remtech Pty Ltd is a fully licensed NSW builder based in Rosebery, NSW, specialising in remedial building, façade repairs, and construction finishing services. We operate across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, providing high-quality workmanship and decorative and protective wall finishes. We are seeking a full-time Solid Plasterer (Renderer) to support our construction and finishing operations. This role is responsible for applying decorative and protective plaster coatings to walls, preparing and mixing materials, and ensuring high-quality finishes in accordance with project specifications. Prepare and mix plastering materials in correct proportions for application. Smooth, texture, and finish plastered surfaces to achieve high-quality standards. Repair or patch minor wall defects as part of finishing works. Interpret and follow building plans, drawings, and specifications accurately. Use hand tools and mechanical equipment to apply and finish plaster. Ensure all work complies with WHS and site safety standards Skills & Experience Relevant qualification in plastering Minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role. Ability to carry out high-quality remedial plastering works. Strong attention to detail and finishing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
