The Role Our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for leading and mentoring our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring team members have the skills and support to be successful in their role. Role Responsibilities Management, development & training of AR & AP Teams, including setting performance goals, performance monitoring & fostering a customer focused culture Oversee daily AR & AP functions including invoicing, collections, cash applications & reconciliations Continuous maintenance, improvement, documentation & roll-out of new/existing AP/AR processes Ownership of the new supplier set-ups and customer credit application processes Regular status reporting/follow-up of Receivables and Payables ledgers & facilitating timely c losing of those ledgers at month-end Liaise with the sales/customer service teams regarding customer collections & other matters/issues Requirements: Experience in a similar leadership role with proven experience in mentoring/working with team members on potential career progression pathways Experience working within a Finance environment, preferably within FMCG Experience using JD Oracle, Microsoft Suite and Concur What do we offer: 5 Weeks annual leave Free on-site parking Subsidised barista coffee on-site Free product to eat at work and take home Employee Rewards Program Various health and wellbeing discounts i.e. private health, hotels, gyms Employee Assistance Program Apply: To apply for this role, please submit a CV and covering letter that best shows your relevant skills and experience.
