We are seeking skilled and experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our team. Duties and responsibilities: Reviewing construction drawings, engineering specifications, and project documentation to determine formwork requirements, dimensions, and installation procedures for commercial and infrastructure projects managed through Link-Force. Selecting, preparing, and organising timber, plywood, steel components, and related materials required for formwork and structural carpentry activities across various construction sites. Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling formwork materials using hand and power tools in accordance with project plans, safety standards, and client requirements. Constructing, installing, and dismantling concrete formwork systems, shutters, and temporary support structures for residential, commercial, and civil construction projects. Erecting structural frameworks, wall systems, suspended slabs, and supporting components while ensuring correct alignment, levelling, and structural integrity. Collaborating with site supervisors, engineers, and construction teams to ensure efficient delivery of labour services and timely completion of project milestones. Carrying out formwork carpentry tasks in compliance with Australian building regulations, workplace safety procedures, and company quality standards. Inspecting completed formwork and carpentry installations to verify accuracy, stability, and readiness for concrete placement and other construction processes. Performing maintenance, adjustments, and repairs to existing formwork structures, timber fixtures, and related construction components as required on active worksites. Supporting Link-Force's workforce solutions operations by delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining productivity targets, and contributing to safe and cost-effective project outcomes for clients nationwide. Qualifications and Requirement: Relevant qualification. At least 2-3 years' previous experiences in similar role. Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical plans, and engineering specifications. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and formwork systems safely and efficiently.
