OVERVIEW: Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Property Administrator to provide end-to-end administrative support across commercial property operations. This is a key role within a well-established organisation, offering the opportunity to work in a professional property environment and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support to the Commercial & Retail Property Managers, Facility Managers & Senior Management Maintain accurate tenancy schedules, lease records and property documentation. Prepare lease administration documentation, including renewals, variations and correspondence. Coordinate tenant enquiries and assist with day-to-day tenant communications. Process invoices, purchase orders and other property-related financial documentation. Monitor and maintain critical lease dates and property compliance records. Assist with the preparation of budgets, reports and monthly management documentation. Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and service providers. Update and maintain property management databases and filing systems. Support the delivery of high-quality property management services across the portfolio. CRITERIA: Previous property admin experience, ideally in commercial Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent, professional written and verbal communication High attention to detail and accuracy Competency with Microsoft Office Immaculate presentation and a can-do attitude BENEFITS: Competitive salary package.
