About the Role You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations, managing reception, coordinate administrative activities, and provide support across accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Key Responsibilities: Reception & Customer Service Be the welcoming first point of contact Answer and direct phone calls, emails and enquiries professionally Assist with day-to-day queries and ensure timely follow-up Coordinate visitor sign-ins and contractor attendance Administration Support Prepare correspondence, notices, newsletters and communications Organise meetings, prepare documentation and take meeting minutes as required Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems Coordinate stationery, office supplies and general office administration Assist with bookings, welcome packs, service agreements and events Support the wider team with administrative tasks and projects Accounts Support Process invoices for accounts payable functions Prepare and issue invoices for services and recoverable costs Process accounts receivable administration and account enquiries Support monthly billing and reconciliation processes Process credit card payments and banking Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation About You Previous experience in reception, administration or office coordination roles Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounts administration Exceptional customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities A proactive, positive and team-oriented approach If you’re looking for a diverse and rewarding role with purpose and flexibility, I’d love to hear from you!
