Key Responsibilities: Contracts: Assist with head contract and subcontract compliance. Procurement: Help prepare tender packages and issue subcontracts. Claims: Process progress claims and manage variations accurately. Mentorship: Participate in structured training to fast-track your skills. Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors and site teams (NoR & SoR). Reporting: Support cost forecasting and monthly financial reporting. What You’ll Bring: Education: Degree in Construction Management or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years in commercial construction. Systems: Strong Excel skills and exposure to project software.
