Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Clerk to join their team based in Hope Valley. What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate between $35.00 and $45.00 based on experience Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Immediate start available Initial temporary assignment with a minimum duration of three months with the potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate Supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your skills Role Duties: Maintain accurate registers for purchase orders, delivery dockets and invoices as required Maintain manufacturing inbox with appropriate follow up and actioning dependant on its contents Assist with month end including stocktake, finished goods, journal vouchers, accruals and data entry Upload plans, drawings and material list into relevant software Call up materials for buildings in progress Report issues that may affect production Assist progress measurement throughout the execution of manufacture activities Assist in ensuring cost control measures are maintained About You: To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar support role Exposure to Oracle is highly desirable Excellent organisational and time management skills Confidence working with multiple systems and databases Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving How to Apply: If you’re interested in this role, or would like more information, click Apply Now!
