We're looking for an experienced specialty barista ready to step into (or grow in) a management role. You'll run a tight, purpose-built espresso bar in the CBD, high volume, high standards, no weekends. If you lead from the floor, thrive under pressure, and care deeply about the cup and excellent customer experience we'd love to hear from you. Rosso Coffee is a Melbourne-based specialty roaster with a growing CBD presence. We take coffee seriously, from green bean selection at our North Melbourne roastery to the last drop in the cup. Our espresso bar is a purpose-built space — 30 seats, tight layout, and designed from the ground up for fast, high-quality service. There's no wasted space and no wasted motion. It runs well because it was built to, and we need a manager who can match that standard and keep raising it.
