Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a growing hospitality group. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the venue, lead from the floor and play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll be hands-on, people-focused and commercially aware, contributing to a strong team culture and ensuring the venue operates at the highest standard. What You'll Do - Support daily venue operations across all areas, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency and consistent standards. - Assist in overseeing food and beverage service, maintaining high levels of presentation, quality and guest satisfaction. - Act as Manager on Duty when required, leading service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. - Lead from the floor, engaging with guests, resolving feedback professionally and creating a welcoming, memorable environment. - Support recruitment, onboarding and training of team members while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. - Assist with rostering, labour management and team performance to drive productivity and engagement. - Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, WHS and company policies at all times. - Support stock control, ordering and inventory management to maintain efficiency and minimise waste. - Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a cohesive and high-quality guest experience. - Contribute to menu development, promotions, events and continuous improvement initiatives. About You You're approachable, hands-on and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You lead by example and take pride in delivering great service every time.
