Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities & Workplace Services Team Leader to lead the safe, compliant and high-performing operation of our head office and broader workplace environment. Reporting to the Manager – Client Services, you will manage a small team while taking accountability for facilities operations and company events. You will play a critical role in delivering a positive and engaging environment for employees and visitors alike. What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Workplace Services Lead, coach and develop a small Workplace Services team to deliver high-quality facilities and administrative support Set clear service standards, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement Oversee daily workplace operations including facilities, reception support, mail, supplies and contractor coordination Facilities & Building Management Manage all facilities services across a multi-level office environment Act as primary liaison with building management and external contractors Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, essential services and capital works Support space planning, office moves, refurbishments and workplace expansion projects Support optimal utilisation of space and infrastructure to support organisational growth Workplace Experience & Sustainability Support employee engagement initiatives, workplace events and wellbeing programs Lead sustainability and environmental initiatives within facilities operations Drive improvements that enhance workplace experience, safety and operational efficiency What You’ll Bring Proven experience in facilities management within a multi-level commercial office environment Demonstrated experience leading or supervising a small team Experience in events, planning and delivery Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels of the organisation Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset Why Trilogy Care?
