This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to build your experience across all aspects of property management. Daily responsibilities include: Managing out-of-office appointments Conducting entry, exit, and routine inspections Processing rental applications Preparing lease agreements Providing general administrative support to the Property Management team Assisting with tenant and landlord enquiries Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the portfolio About the Ideal Candidate: 6-12 months Property Management experience Current Certificate of Registration & clean drivers license A genuine passion for Property Management & the drive to be good at what you do!
