Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring efficient systems, processes, and workflows are in place Develop, implement, and review administrative policies and procedures to support effective business operations and continuous improvement Coordinate and allocate administrative resources, including staff, facilities, and equipment, to ensure optimal operational efficiency Supervise and support administrative staff, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and ongoing training Monitor office expenditure, assist with budgeting processes, and oversee invoicing, payments, and financial record-keeping in coordination with management Maintain and manage accurate business records, databases, and reporting systems to support operational and strategic decision-making Liaise with senior management, coaches, franchise partners, and external service providers to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of operational matters Ensure compliance with organisational policies, workplace health and safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and administrative support for staffing processes Manage supplier relationships, service agreements, and procurement of office and operational supplies Prepare regular reports on operational performance, administrative efficiency, and business activities Support the implementation of business initiatives and operational improvements aligned with company objectives Qualifications and Skills: Relevant qualification. At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an empathetic approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage client needs effectively. Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $75,000 - $95,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
