The Opportunity Due to growth within the business, a position has been created for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the team. This role will see you provide support to the Managing Director and manage a busy office. Key responsibilities will include: Provide Administrative Support to the Managing Director Manage Calendars, Meetings, & Travel Arrangements Prepare Correspondence, Reports, Presentations Manage the Office & Liaise with Suppliers Assist with Project Administration - Document Management & Reporting Who We’re Looking For Our client would like to meet candidates who have current experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a property or construction environment.
