About the Role Dumra Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the business. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and operational management skills, and will be responsible for coordinating office procedures, supporting staff, and maintaining effective administrative systems aligned with organizational objectives. Key Duties and Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient coordination of high-volume cases across all service streams Coordinate staff activities including task allocation, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and maintaining operational continuity Develop and streamline internal workflows to improve task tracking, processing efficiency, and timely completion of work, ensuring effective use of office systems Allocate office resources, equipment, and digital infrastructure to support efficient business operations Maintain accurate physical and digital records in compliance with regulatory requirements, including mandatory retention periods (7 years), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Liaise with migration and education agents, clients, and stakeholders to resolve procedural issues and ensure clear communication throughout service delivery Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including OMARA standards, across documentation, records, financial processes, and operational practices Monitor office systems and collaborate with external IT providers to resolve issues, implement updates, and optimize system performance and equipment use Support accounting functions including payroll and financial administration in coordination with external accountants Implement and monitor workplace health and safety practices to maintain a safe working environment Review office workflows and service standards regularly, prioritizing urgent matters and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
