About this Role As a Clerical Reliever, you are the hospital’s "utility player," providing high-quality administrative support wherever it's needed most. This is a fast-paced, casual role designed for someone who thrives on variety. You will rotate through departments including Reception, Admissions, Emergency, and the Chemotherapy Suite, ensuring our patients and medical staff receive seamless service. Hours Casual employment with rotating roster Key Responsibilities Provide a prompt, courteous, and professional first point of contact for all customers. Manage patient admissions and clinical documentation with high accuracy. Prioritize workloads during peak periods while maintaining a calm demeanor. Uphold strict patient confidentiality and NSQHS safety standards. Collaborate with the broader Patient Services team to deliver excellence.
