Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Lead BIM / Revit Designer to join their team and play a key role in driving design excellence across multiple projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong Revit professional with an MEP background who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, solving design challenges, and leading project outcomes from concept through to delivery. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead BIM and Revit design activities across multiple projects. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and plumbing stakeholders to develop practical and efficient design solutions. Attend design workshops and project meetings to resolve clashes and ensure designs are fit for purpose. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Project teams. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems and design efficiency. BENEFITS TO YOU: Lead complex and technically challenging projects from concept through to manufacture. Minimum 5 years' experience within BIM, Revit Design, MEP Design or a related discipline. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to read, interpret and develop technical documentation and drawings. Previous leadership, mentoring or team management experience is highly regarded.
