Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician Position Overview: We are recruiting experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technicians to join a fast-growing organisation specialising in energy-efficient homes and modern air conditioning solutions. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and repair domestic and light commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure efficient system performance. Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and provide advice on system issues and maintenance. Work closely with management and service coordinators to ensure smooth job delivery and assist in training apprentices and junior technicians. Qualifications & Experience: Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or an Electrical trade with split-system certification (UEE20120 Certificate II). Current Refrigerant Handling Licence, Restricted Electrical Licence, White Card (preferred), and a valid driver's licence. A minimum of two years' experience in service and repairs, with domestic installation experience preferred. Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, excellent time management and attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
