You'll work hands-on with advanced sterilisation and infection control equipment used in hospitals, labs, and medical facilities—equipment that genuinely makes a difference. No two days are the same. One day you're installing and commissioning new systems, the next you're troubleshooting and getting critical equipment back up and running. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out scheduled maintenance on sterilisation and infection control equipment Installing, commissioning, and validating new machines Diagnosing faults and performing breakdown repairs Responding to emergency service calls (on a roster) Managing your own van stock and parts Travelling across metro and regional NSW as required What You Bring Proven experience as a Service Technician Disconnect/Reconnect licence (essential) Strong fault-finding and hands-on technical skills (2 years preferred) Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings Solid customer service and communication skills Current driver's licence A self-driven attitude—you're comfortable working independently on the road Why This Role Stands Out This isn't just another service job.
