Contracts Administrator | Commercial Fit-Out, Refurb A well-established commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their Sydney team. The business delivers a strong pipeline of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors, typically up to $20M in value across Sydney. This is a hands-on CA role working closely with Project Managers across multiple projects in fast-paced live environments. Key Responsibilities Manage subcontractor packages including RFQ's, Lettings, award and final accounts Prepare and manage variations and EOT claims Review and respond to RFI's and maintain registers Administer head contract obligations and EOT processes Review subcontractor and supplier invoices Maintain cost reports and support commercial management of projects About You Strong background in fit-out or refurbishment projects Proven ability managing subcontractor packages end-to-end Strong understanding of variations, EOTs and contract administration Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Procore, Build Logic, Cheops, Jobpac or Jonas Experience delivering live environment projects What's On Offer Immediate start available Competitive salary based on experience Strong pipeline of Sydney commercial fit-out projects Work with an experienced and established delivery team Strong company culture focused on recognition, development, and retention Ready to take the next step in your construction estimating career?
