With a growing pipeline of complex, design-driven projects, our client is looking to appoint a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in securing and setting up successful project delivery. The Opportunity Seeking a Project Manager with a background in commercial construction to join our client's Sydney team. This role suits those who have successfully delivered building projects for a head contractor and are confident managing programme, procurement, contracts and project financial performance from start to finish. You will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality and financially successful projects while leading teams and strengthening client relationships. Working closely with senior leadership and your project team, you will contribute to all stages of project delivery from design coordination through to completion. What You’ll Do You’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from start to finish, including: Preparing and monitoring project schedules and procurement programs. Administering head contracts, subcontracts, progress claims and variations. Managing project budgets and ensuring the project remains cash positive. Leading and mentoring project teams. Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors. Identifying risks and opportunities to enhance project outcomes. What You’ll Bring You are an experienced construction professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
