A well-regarded organisation is mid-way through a major enterprise transformation — and they need a sharp Technical BA to help them understand where they are before they chart where they're going. You'll be embedded in a collaborative technology team, working across a complex, internally developed platform to untangle integrations, investigate data and billing issues, and lay the groundwork for a future enterprise system implementation. The Role This sits at the intersection of technology, business process improvement and enterprise transformation. You'll partner with technical teams, finance stakeholders and senior leaders to document current-state architecture, map processes and identify what's working, what's not, and why. What You'll Be Doing Analyse and document system integrations, interfaces and data flows Investigate complex business and technical issues affecting operational performance Conduct current-state analysis across systems, processes and applications Facilitate workshops with technical and business stakeholders Map business processes and identify improvement opportunities Review data models and system interactions Perform root cause analysis across systems, data and processes Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership Support future transformation planning and technology decision-making What You Bring Proven experience as a Technical BA, Integration BA, Enterprise BA or Senior Systems Analyst Strong background in system integrations, interface mapping and data analysis Experience across ERP, finance, HRIS or enterprise platforms Ability to document and communicate complex technical environments clearly Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Experience on large-scale transformation or implementation programs Comfortable working across both technical and business domains Bonus Points For ERP implementation experience (TechnologyOne, Oracle, SAP or similar) BPMN process modelling Enterprise architecture exposure Data modelling experience Executive stakeholder engagement The Offer ✔ Initial 6-month contract | strong extension potential (18 month program) ✔ Flexible working — only 1–2 days onsite per week ✔ Business-critical initiative with real influence over future platform strategy ✔ Collaborative, supportive technology leadership team ✔ Competitive contract rates If this sounds like your kind of challenge, reach out for a confidential conversation — contact Charlene Tooth at Aspiring Talent on charlene@aspiringtalent.com.au or apply with your updated resume.
