Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a Squiz Content Coordinator to support a major website content uplift project within a large Queensland Government organisation. This role will focus on updating, configuring and maintaining website content within Squiz DXP, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and aligned with governance standards. Working within a fast-paced digital environment, you will collaborate with communications, digital and project teams to deliver high-quality online content and improve the customer experience. Location: Brisbane CBD Contract Length: 3 months initially, with potential extensions of 2 x 6 months Key Responsibilities: • Upload, edit, format and publish content using Squiz DXP in line with approved templates and governance requirements. • Deliver high-volume content updates using supplied copy, images, documents and digital assets. • Apply appropriate metadata, taxonomy, tagging and categorisation to improve searchability and information architecture. • Ensure content accuracy, accessibility and consistency with style guides and brand standards. • Work closely with digital, communications, UX and project teams to meet project deadlines. • Perform quality assurance activities including content validation, link checking and publication readiness reviews. • Assist with content issue resolution and support the successful delivery of website improvement initiatives. About You: • Demonstrated experience using Squiz DXP, including uploading, editing and publishing web content. • Strong knowledge of content management systems and website content governance practices. • Experience delivering high-volume website content updates, migrations or digital projects. • Understanding of web accessibility requirements (WCAG 2.2), information architecture and metadata management. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across business, communications and technical teams. • Knowledge of Queensland Government web writing and style guidelines will be highly regarded. Mandatory Requirements: • High-level knowledge and experience using Squiz DXP. • Ability to declare any other employment arrangements if engaged in the role.
