About You Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering. 6 years’ consultancy experience in civil design. Strong knowledge of local standards, approvals and design practices. Experience in roads, drainage, earthworks and site development works. Proficient in DRAINS, MUSIC, AutoCAD , and either 12d or Civil 3D (or similar design software). Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and support junior staff. About the Role Lead civil design and documentation across land development and building projects. Manage delivery from feasibility and concept through to detailed design and construction support. Coordinate with architects, planners, contractors and project stakeholders. Prepare technical reports, specifications and calculations for approvals and delivery. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to practical, value-driven design solutions.
