This is a true acquisition role , with 70–80% of activity focused on originating new business and building a high-quality client portfolio. The Opportunity This role owns the commercial finance journey end-to-end, working across a broad lending suite including: Commercial property finance Business acquisition funding Equipment, vehicle and fit-out finance Key Responsibilities Actively originate new commercial finance opportunities through direct client acquisition. Manage the full lending sales cycle, from initial engagement through to completion. Prepare and submit loan documentation via CRM and lender systems. Partner closely with credit, operations and leadership teams to drive outcomes. Build trusted, long-term relationships with professional clients, including medical professionals. Represent the business at industry events, networking functions and growth initiatives. About You Background in banking, finance, lending, insurance or commercial sales. Experience as a BDM / Senior Relationship Manager with Healthcare focus ideally Strong commercial and numerical acumen with confidence structuring deals. Polished communication skills and a consultative, client-first approach. Comfortable in a performance-driven, target-led environment.
