About The Role As a Sales Consultant / Account Manager at Polyaire, you will be instrumental in propelling business growth. Your daily tasks will involve identifying potential sales opportunities, fostering robust relationships with existing clients, uncovering new business prospects, staying updated on market trends, informing clients about new products and promotions, delivering top-notch customer service, and preparing personalized quotes for clients. You will be expected to consistently exceed client expectations and contribute significantly to the team's overall success. Domestic travel will be a key part of your role, allowing you to meet clients face-to-face and gain a deeper understanding of their needs. What You'll Do Promote and sell Polyaire’s wide range of HVAC products including ducting, components, and smart controllers (like AirTouch) Track and follow up on promising sales leads Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients Discover new customers while expanding the current customer database Keep an eye on competitor and market activities Keep customers informed about exciting sales promotions Travel domestically to meet clients face-to-face Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction Help in preparing special quotes and pricing Deliver exceptional service, product demonstrations, and technical support.
