Operating across Western Australia, they are focused on driving product innovation, supporting customer operations, and expanding their footprint in the drilling market. What you’ll be doing: Lead and coordinate regional field service activities, including managing Pipe Handler personnel Build and maintain strong relationships with mining customers and drilling contractors Provide hands-on technical support across drilling consumables (DTH and Rotary) Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance assessments to optimise drilling outcomes Support product trials, field testing, and ongoing product development initiatives Deliver technical training and application guidance to customers and internal teams Contribute to sales growth through strategic account management and commercial support Assist with forecasting, pricing discussions, and inventory planning Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for product improvement Maintain a strong field presence with regular travel to mine sites across WA What you’ll need: Solid experience in surface mining or drilling operations (minimum 3 years) Strong understanding of DTH and/or Rotary drilling consumables and applications Proven background in technical sales, account management, or field support Ability to analyse drilling performance and provide practical optimisation solutions Demonstrated experience building long-term customer relationships Strong communication and stakeholder management skills High level of self-motivation, organisation, and problem-solving ability Leadership capability with experience coordinating teams or field activities Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites Desirable: Exposure to product trials, development, or field assessments Experience with drilling performance analysis and reporting Formal technical or business qualifications What’s in it for you: Opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact, customer-facing leadership role Be part of a growing business with a strong pipeline of product innovation Work closely with engineering, operations, and leadership teams Competitive salary package with performance incentives Autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to influence technical and commercial outcomes Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities How to apply: To complete your application for this position please click on the "APPLY" button below.
