The work we do isn't just meaningful, it's life changing and we are now looking or a Medical Receptionist to support a range of administrative and front of house duties at our private hospital in Nedlands. Your Role in Our Future The Medical Receptionist provides front-line reception and administrative support across patient services within the Clinical Trials Unit. The role supports patient arrivals, appointment scheduling, referral coordination and operational workflows to maintain an efficient and well-organised service environment. Some of your duties on a daily basis will include; Manage patient check-in, phone enquiries, inboxes and appointment communications Coordinate appointment scheduling, diary management and booking processes Assist with patient flow coordination, inbox management, phone enquiries, SMS reminders and appointment-related communications. Monitor scheduling workflows and escalate booking conflicts, capacity issues or risks as required. Support communication with referral sources, clinicians and internal teams regarding referral status and requirements. Check out the JD_Medical Receptionist.docx for more information. This role is offered on a full-time basis working Monday - Friday standard office hours. About You You are a warm, professional and highly organised individual who thrives in a busy healthcare environment and enjoys working collaboratively with clinicians, staff and patients. You will also be able to demonstrate; At least 2yrs experience in a medical reception, patient services, specialist clinic or healthcare administration role. Proven ability to manage appointment bookings, diaries, phone enquiries, inboxes and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience maintaining accurate records, trackers and administrative documentation with a high level of attention to detail. Why join Linear?
