We are looking for an Admin Assistant who keeps things running smoothly, supports the team day to day, and takes pride in producing clean, well-formatted documents. About the role This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days look exactly the same. You will be the first point of contact in the office, help keep everything organised behind the scenes, and support the team with a range of administrative tasks, including document formatting. What you will be doing Act as the first point of contact at reception, greeting visitors and managing calls. Maintain shared office spaces so they remain organised, stocked, and presentable. Set up and pack down meeting rooms as required. Coordinate mail, couriers, and deliveries. Order office supplies in line with company processes. Assist with basic finance administration such as purchase orders and expense tracking. Format documents including policies, procedures, and general business materials to a high standard. Support internal events and provide general administrative assistance across the business. What you will bring Experience in an administrative, customer service, or similar role. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Confidence using Microsoft Word, particularly for document formatting. A proactive and reliable approach, with a willingness to learn. Clear communication skills and a professional, approachable manner. Nice to have Experience in an office environment. Exposure to finance administration or purchasing processes.
