About the Role This role is primarily focused on providing administrative support across the Club’s operations, ensuring efficient systems, accurate records, and smooth day-to-day coordination. You will also provide front-of-house support and assist with Food & Beverage administration where required. Key Responsibilities General administrative support across Club operations Processing invoices and data entry Food & Beverage administration (stock, invoices, events) Providing reception support, including member and guest enquiries About You Proven experience in an administration role Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Confident communication skills and a professional approach Capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new internal databases and software A proactive attitude and willingness to support across different areas of the Club What We Offer Flexible working hours (20–25 hours per week) Opportunity to work within a well-established and respected Club Potential for role growth and development If you are an efficient and reliable administrator who enjoys a varied role, we would love to hear from you.
