We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident leading service within a commercial kitchen team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality food, maintaining consistency, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. What you’ll do: Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in line with menu standards Maintain consistency, portion control and presentation across all services Assist with menu development, specials and seasonal offerings Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised and compliant with food safety standards Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff Support and work collaboratively within the kitchen team What you’ll bring: Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures Ability to work calmly under pressure and manage multiple tasks Strong organisational and time-management skills Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment and plating Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Flexibility with availability, including weekends and public holidays Relevant food safety certification preferred
