Open seven days a week, we offer a range of services including a vibrant gaming lounge, modern bistro, sports bar and TAB, and function spaces. We proudly support our veterans and local community through exceptional service and a welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a Full time Gaming Supervisor to join our team. About the Role As a Gaming Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service in our gaming lounge and bar areas, ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming experience for all patrons. Key responsibilities include: Providing exceptional customer service Assisting customers with gaming machines and handling payouts Operating the TAB and Keno terminals (training can be provided) Monitoring customer behavior in line with Responsible Gambling and compliance standards Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately Working as part of a supportive, professional team About You We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, reliable, and well-presented Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays A strong communicator with a focus on customer service Comfortable working under pressure and as part of a team Eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry Essential Requirements: Current RSA, RSG, Victorian Gaming Licence & TAB Accreditation 2 Years gaming experience Have a passion for the industry and desire to grow in your career Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards Excellent presentation and communication skills Maintain compliance and responsible gaming practices Clearance & reconciliation Australian work rights are required for this position Why Join Us?
