We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented Tender Coordinator to join our Canning Vale team. This is a key role where you’ll support business growth by delivering high-quality, compliant, and compelling tender submissions. The Role Working closely with sales, support, and leadership teams, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end tender process, ensuring submissions are delivered on time and to a high standard. Your day-to-day will include: Coordinating the full tender process from opportunity identification through to submission Reviewing tender documentation and developing submission plans, timelines, and responsibilities Drafting, editing, and formatting high-quality tender responses and supporting documents Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational, and commercial information Ensuring all submissions meet compliance requirements, specifications, and contractual terms Maintaining a library of templates, standard responses, and supporting materials Tracking tender outcomes and providing reporting and insights to leadership Supporting post-submission clarifications and contract documentation as required About You You’re highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines. You take pride in producing quality work and enjoy working collaboratively with different teams.
