About the role DML Constructions is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects at our various, Adelaide metro sites. The Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, managing teams of skilled tradespeople, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. What you'll be doing Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, and subcontractors. Ensure all construction activities are completed to the highest quality and safety standards Develop and implement work plans, schedules, and procedures to meet project deadlines Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges Liaise with clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns Oversee the maintenance and care of tools, equipment, and the construction site Promote a safe and productive work environment, enforcing health and safety regulations What we're looking for Extensive experience as a Supervisor or Foreperson in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery Strong understanding of construction methods, Installation of SA Water Sewer and Water, materials, and safety protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings Highly organized with the ability to multitask and priorities tasks effectively Relevant construction qualifications or certifications would be an advantage What we offer At DML Constructions, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
