Proven ability to read and interpret workshop drawings and follow instructions . Demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic and reliability . Strong work ethic & attention to detail . Ability to work unsupervised or with a small crew . Ability to work safely and independently . Ongoing, steady workload · Current Driver's License and reliable transport a must
