Our operations span civil construction, project management and the coordination of complex contracting services across major infrastructure, water and development sites. We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our Adelaide-based team. This is a site-based leadership role and you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of works on active civil construction sites. About the Role As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of on-site delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will lead crews and subcontractors while maintaining strong alignment with project programs, budgets, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise SEM crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives Interpret and communicate construction drawings and technical documentation Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, SEM procedures, and site-specific safety requirements in collaboration with the HSEQ team Manage plant, labour, and materials to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective project delivery Provide strong on-site leadership, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture Maintain accurate records of works, including variations and day works Deliver projects in line with program schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client expectations About You You are a proactive and experienced site leader with a strong track record in civil construction supervision. You bring a practical approach, sound judgement, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
