About the role AWA Kitchens' is seeking a skilled Drafter, Installer & maintenance installer to join our team in our Salisbury North, SA location. These roles will see you play a vital part in the design, manufacturing and installation of high-quality kitchen cabinets and other custom joinery for our valued clients. What you'll be doing Drafter Interpret builders plans to create shop drawings using our 3d drawing software Detail and optimise drawings to be ready for production and run to CNC Have the ability to liaise with both project managers and production staff Maintenance installer Prepare parts and materials to complete on site rectifications Detailed site reports Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the maintenance process and providing solutions Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment Assisting with other cabinet-making tasks when required Installer Install joinery in residential, new builds and commercial sites Document and report all installs to project manager Keep a well cleaned and safe work site What we're looking for Formal qualifications in Cabinet Making or a related trade Proven experience as a Cabinetmaker, ideally in a custom joinery or kitchen installation environment minimum 2 years in previous role Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Strong problem-solving and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle What we offer At AWA Kitchens', we pride ourselves on being a family-owned business with a friendly, supportive work culture.
