About the Role As the New Vehicle Selling Manager, you will: • Oversee all aspects of the new Geely vehicle sales operations. • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team. • Actively sell vehicles and support the team in closing deals. • Ensure achievement of sales and manufacturer performance targets. • Build strong and professional relationships with vehicle manufacturers. • Drive customer satisfaction across the dealership. • Contribute to ongoing business development and departmental growth. • Maintain strong showroom presentation and daily sales activity. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • Proven Selling or Sales Management experience within a franchised new vehicle dealership. • A strong track record in automotive vehicle sales and customer engagement. • A deep understanding of dealership operations and key business drivers. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a team. • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. • Experience working towards and achieving manufacturer KPIs. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • High energy, professionalism, and a results-driven attitude.
