The Contract Administrator will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, maintaining and administering contracts and service documentation relating to Fancee Car’s customisation projects. The role will work closely with management, workshop teams, sales staff, suppliers, subcontractors and customers to ensure that contract terms, project requirements, costs, timelines and service standards are properly documented and followed. Key Responsibilities: Preparing, reviewing and maintaining customer service agreements, supplier agreements and subcontractor documentation. Interpreting contract terms, service scope, warranty conditions, payment terms, delivery timeframes and project requirements. Coordinating contract administration for each project from quotation acceptance through to job completion, handover, invoicing and after-service follow-up. Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, installers, workshop staff and management to confirm material availability, installation schedules, project requirements and contract obligations. Monitoring project progress, costs, variations, material changes and customer requests, and ensuring all approved changes are properly recorded and communicated. Reviewing and processing contract variations, updated quotations, additional service requests and changes to project scope, including changes relating to vehicle condition, materials, colours, finishes or installation requirements. Maintaining accurate records of signed agreements, customer approvals, supplier quotations, purchase orders, warranties, project files and related correspondence. Selection Criteria At least one-year relevant working experience is required Strong understanding of quotations, service agreements, purchase orders, supplier documentation and project records. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project files at the same time. Ability to work with management, customers, suppliers, contractors and technical staff in a fast-paced service environment.
