About the role We’re looking for a part-time Administrator / Team Assistant to join our Sydney team on a Tuesday to Thursday roster. In this role, you’ll provide a range of administrative support to assist the Executive Assistant and broader team. Key responsibilities Administrative and Office Support Perform general administrative duties and support the Executive Assistant and other team members as needed Manage diaries, meeting rooms, and Outlook calendars Reconcile credit card expenses and maintain office supply levels Ensure compliance with admin and office management procedures Meetings and Events Arrange travel, catering, and business logistics Assist with planning and communication of team and company events Take and distribute meeting minutes Systems and Access Manage SharePoint access and content Support onboarding: access, IT setup, and systems enrolment Coordinate team leave and building access Other Support Provide occasional graphic and submissions coordination support About you Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package Effective written and verbal communication skills A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar role Benefits We work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
