In this role, you'll: Working as part of the Safety, Policy, Environment and Regulation Division, you’ll shape the future of Maritime policy and influence decisions that matter across NSW. This role will see you drive high-impact policy work, partner with senior stakeholders, and bring fresh thinking to complex challenges. A couple of key projects you will work (but are not limited to) on are Marine Safety Regulation 2016 remake and reform and Maritime Safety Plan 2031 policy. You’ll lead the development of strategic policy advice that improves maritime safety outcomes and supports real change on the water. The role will be based at Elizabeth Street, office days are Tuesday and Wednesday, alongside a 50% monthly office attendance requirement. It is embedded within the team’s established ways of working and supports collaborative delivery. Flexible hybrid work options are available to promote balance and productivity.
