As Care Manager, you will lead and oversee the clinical care delivery and multidisciplinary team within an 120 bed residential aged care facility located on the Central Coast. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a clinical team Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to time management.
