Registered Nurses & Assistant In Nursing - Residential Aged Care Permanent Part-Time Opportunities Available Location: Central Coast NSW About the Role We are seeking compassionate and reliable Residential Aged Care Registered Nurses & Carers to join our team in permanent part-time positions across morning, afternoon and night shifts. In this hands-on role, you will provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care that supports residents’ independence, dignity and wellbeing while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities including meals, hydration, mobility and transfers Monitor resident wellbeing and report any changes in condition Accurately document care and observations in clinical records Support basic clinical and medication-related tasks under RN direction About You You are caring, dependable and passionate about supporting older people to live with dignity and independence.
