The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their close-knit team. You'll play a key role in the quoting and tendering process across a diverse range of residential projects — from single and double storey homes to split-level builds on challenging sites. Day to day you'll be: Preparing accurate, competitive cost estimates across a range of designs and block types Analysing plans, specifications, and site conditions to identify cost implications Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and assess quotes Supporting the sales and construction teams with pricing variations and updates Maintaining and updating pricing schedules and cost databases Contributing to process improvements and cost efficiency initiatives About You Proven experience as an Estimator in residential construction (custom or volume) Strong understanding of construction methodology, materials, and trades Confident reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering accurate, quality work Experience with sloping sites or split-level construction would be highly regarded.
