JOB DETAILS WORK TYPE: Permanent WORK PATTERN: Full Time LOCATION: Brisbane JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: Creating and negotiating securities and facilities agreements Using your legal and technical knowledge to create a business solution and promptly advising clients when problems emerge during a deal Performing due diligence, which include examining leases, presale contracts, and custom agreements and creating side agreements when needed Working together with our construction team to give clients with building contract guidance Working closely with our team's Restructuring and Insolvency sub-group regarding the guidance customers need to handle early defaults Settlement on PEXA or, if required, on paper THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: Must have worked as a banking and finance lawyer for one to three PQE years Proficiency in both written and spoken communication. Be a cooperative team member who values the chance to advance professionally and exercise initiative. Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the capacity to establish rapport with clients, coworkers, and other stakeholders in a timely manner. A track record of effectively managing deadlines and proactively setting team priorities.
