With a young and high-performing team, the firm works closely with SME clients, developers, investors, and business owners across a broad range of property matters. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Property & Conveyancing Paralegal to the team. About the Role Working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, you will play a key role across a mix of conveyancing and broader property matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a role offering strong exposure, autonomy, and long-term career development within a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include: Managing residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish Preparing contracts, transfer documents, and settlement documentation Conducting property and title searches Liaising with clients, banks, brokers, and external parties Coordinating settlements through PEXA Assisting with broader property transactions and matters File and matter management Supporting senior lawyers and Partners on property-related matters About You We are open to candidates from either a conveyancing or broader property law background.
