A leading global law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Associate (around 3 years’ PAE however there is some flexibility on level) to join its high-performing Brisbane Real Estate team as part of continued growth in its core property practice. The work is broad, high-quality, and varied, including: Acquisitions and disposals of single assets and large portfolios Development and urban regeneration projects Commercial, industrial, retail, build-to-rent, and hospitality assets Social and affordable housing Infrastructure-adjacent and renewables-related property matters The team acts for major domestic and international developers, institutional investors, government agencies, and funds. The ideal candidate will have: Around 4 years’ post-admission experience in transactional real estate Experience gained in a top-tier, mid-tier, national or strong boutique firm A proactive and commercially minded approach Strong technical ability and attention to detail A genuine interest in being part of a collaborative, high-performing team Admission in Australia or New Zealand The team is open-minded on background and is particularly interested in lawyers from mid-market or smaller specialist practices looking to step into a larger platform and more complex work. Interstate and New Zealand candidates seeking a move to Brisbane are also welcome.
