Installation Manager – Manufacturing & Operations JP Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly organised Installation Manager to join a well-established Perth-based manufacturing and installation business. This is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for managing installation crews, scheduling works, coordinating logistics, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time across the Perth metro area. Working closely with clients, production teams, and subcontract installers, you will play a key role in driving operational performance, crew productivity, and service delivery outcomes. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and enjoys taking ownership of outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage daily and weekly installation schedules across multiple active crews and projects Coordinate employed installers and subcontractors to maximise productivity and minimise downtime Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure materials and jobs are site-ready Oversee logistics and installation planning to ensure smooth delivery outcomes Communicate proactively with clients regarding scheduling, site readiness, and project updates Monitor installation progress and adjust schedules/resources as required Ensure installations are completed safely and in accordance with company and WHS requirements Facilitate toolbox talks, safety compliance, and incident reporting processes Assist with workforce planning and operational resource coordination Monitor and report on key operational performance indicators including delivery performance, crew utilisation, and installation outcomes About You Minimum 1-2 years' experience managing installation, operations, scheduling, or service delivery teams is essential Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Demonstrated 1-3 years' experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, or field-based teams in fast-paced operational environments Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally Experience in construction, manufacturing, or other trade-related operations is required Strong computer skills including scheduling/job management systems and Microsoft Excel Current driver's licence A practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes What's On Offer Competitive salary package ($90,000 – $120,000 depending on experience) Stable full-time position with a growing and reputable Perth business Supportive leadership team with genuine operational backing Opportunity to make a real impact in a key leadership role Long-term career growth and development opportunities Structured onboarding and clear performance expectations If you are a driven operational leader looking to make a genuine impact, we would like to hear from you.
