Production Assistant – Embroidery & Heat Press Midland, Perth WA Full Time | Monday – Friday Salary Negotiable Based on Experience A busy and growing custom apparel and promotional products business based in Midland is seeking a reliable and experienced Production Assistant to join our production team full time. This is a hands-on role best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and has previous experience operating embroidery machines and heat press equipment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows initiative, and can be relied upon to consistently deliver high-quality production outcomes. About the Role Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Operating embroidery machines including SWF and/or Barudan Heat pressing garments and promotional products Preparing artwork and production files Machine setup, threading, backing and garment preparation Quality checking finished products Packing and dispatching orders Maintaining a clean and organised production area Assisting with general production duties as required Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Proven experience operating embroidery machines (SWF and/or Barudan preferred) Experience with heat press application High attention to detail and quality control Strong reliability and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with software such as Wilcom, Adobe Pro and/or CorelDRAW highly regarded What We Offer Full-time stable Monday–Friday role Friendly and supportive team environment Ongoing training and development Varied and interesting production work Salary package based on experience and capability If you are a reliable production professional looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing business, we would love to hear from you.
