About the Role In this role, you will report to the State Manager and join forces with two other colleagues to gain market share in South Australia. You will promote both carpet and hard flooring products within your territory. Our office is based in Wingfield, however due to the nature of your role majority of your work will be visiting retail customers in your territory. Key responsibilities include: Taking ownership of a dedicated portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring their needs are met and relationships flourish. Developing a deep understanding of the customer’s business, preferences, goals and fostering long-lasting partnerships. Proactively seeking out new sales avenues, managing the sales pipeline, and championing new product launches. Being the first point of contact for sales leads within your territory, maximising every opportunity. You will enjoy autonomy to build strong relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Working in this tight knit team you will be provided ample support and training to thrive.
