About the role This full-time Sales Representative role at CarChem Products Pty Ltd in Somerton Park, South Australia offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of innovative automotive chemical products. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with a diverse customer base across the region. What you'll be doing Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads within assigned territory Arrange and conduct in-person sales meetings and product demonstrations with potential customers Manage and develop existing customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business Accurately forecast sales and pipeline activity, and report on key performance metrics Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns Provide timely and effective customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert guidance to customers What we're looking for 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or chemical industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to close sales and deliver exceptional customer service Familiarity with sales techniques, customer relationship management, and sales process management Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software A passion for all things and a genuine interest in chemical products A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory What we offer At CarChem Products, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
